Meet Sarah
Sarah Harris brings more than 20 years of experience as a clinical social worker to her work with leaders. Her career has centered on people, relationships, communication, and the ways our environments influence how we function and interact with others.
Sarah has seen firsthand that strong individuals can struggle when the environment around them does not support how they need to work and communicate. That perspective led her to explore the connection between individual leadership and workplace culture. Through her speaking, workshops, The Culture Garden, and leadership development work, Sarah focuses on the people side of leadership - helping leaders think differently about communication, feedback, relationships, and the impact their leadership has on the people around them.
Sarah's approach is practical and grounded in research and real-world experience. She brings complex ideas about human behavior and relationships into conversations leaders can actually use.
Outside of her professional work, Sarah enjoys remodeling projects with her husband, supporting her sons, listening to 80's music, and walking her dog.
